If you weigh between 55-65 kilos, 8 oz is a suitable choice.
If you weigh 65-75 kilos, you should go for 10 oz
If you weigh 75-85 kilos, you go for 12 oz. 

A good rule of thumb is that 12, 14 and 16 ounces usually correspond to small, medium and large.
